The project, Qatar Rail Footbridge Extension will facilitate staff and visitors of QP District with convenient to and fro movement between the Metro Station and QP District. The project comprises of Design, Structural, Architecture, MEP, Landscape works, and Closeout.

The project scope also includes

  • Modification to existing landing lobby of Qatar Rail footbridge.
  • The provision of an elevator room with MRL elevator, telecom room with equipment, and clean agent room with equipment, all like existing facility.
  • Modification to existing façade and podium of QPD.
  • Modifications to QPD podium, ground floor, and basements.
  • Relocation of affected services.
  • Applying and obtaining all necessary statutory approvals, licenses, NOCs, Building Permits, and Completion Certificates.

Joint Venture is responsible for handover the Bridge Extension to QRail fully operational & integrated.
